Beatguide Now Allows DJs To Be Booked Straight From The App

BBeatguide, the Berlin-based nightlife platform is now available in Stockholm, marking it’s first step into the Scandinavian countries. Besides that, Beatguide has new features aimed to help electronic artists get booked more.

The event platform offers an easy way to find electronic music events in order to connect local clubbers, DJs and venues – encompassing all genres from techno to house to drum’n’bass. Using the Beatguide mobile app (iOS, Android) party-goers can find the right event for the night, as well as to follow DJs and clubs (a clubber can listen to the DJs’ latest sets and tracks straight on the event page).

The new release marks the launch in Scandinavia for Beatguide, currently available in 22 other locations.

Alongside the Stockholm launch, Beatguide also revealed a couple of new features:

Getting booked through the app

It now allows promoters to get directly in touch with artists that claimed their profile on Beatguide via the new “Book Artist” button. As soon as an artist enabled the feature, it allows promoters to get in touch with them via the app.

It’s notable that the service is free of charge, and Beatguide doesn’t take a commission.

Besides that, Beatguide started its very own editorial section, and the founders promise to frequently publish new interviews, club profiles and articles about electronic music and lifestyle.
